Merle's Barbecue and Southern Kitchen was established in 1992 and molded after the traditional Barbecue of Texas, Tennessee, and coastal Carolina. Our motto is, "If it ain't smoked it ain't barbecue!" We slow smoke our fresh meats in our own smokers using only the greenest of Hickory wood. This process ensures that our meats are the juiciest and most flavorful around. To compliment that we make our own homemade barbecue sauces and a wide variety of other southern specialties including salads and seafood dishes. A great kid's menu make this a terrific night out for friends and family. If you're feeling cozy at home, have us deliver a dinner for two or a whole backyard barbeque.
